what's with the appetite?

I seem to be going through a huge increase in my appetite. I just can't seem to stay below my goal. I don't know what's going on but I have got to find a solution so I thought confessing it might get me back in line~!

    After I started tracking everything I was eating prior to joining - I am always wanting more to eat (didn't realize how horrible I was eating before) and that is one reason why I joined so I would have to be honest with myself. I find peanuts with a big cold glass of water seems to help me get a fuller feeling. Not easy by no means, and so much also depends on the time of the month as well. emoticon

    Boy, do I know what you mean! Sometimes nothing seems to fill me up! Some foods for me are like eating air. I feel like I've eaten nothing at all! It's the sugary, snack, fast or junk food. So, I'm learning to find food that makes me full like oatmeal or green beans or good whole grain bread. Weight Watchers has what they call a filling food list. You might check that. Good Luck!
