getting started, again

Thursday, March 14, 2013

At 215 pounds (again) I am ready for a change (again). Have tried other on line fitness and diet sites, but didn't like them much. This looks like a good place to start (again).
Don't know how much time I can devote to the site, I'm a student and have a full class load. Although this term is almost over.
Am hoping I can find the motivation to get here and stick with it.

    Best of luck.
If you think you might have some time you might enjoy joining this team called "Partnership Accountability to the Finish Line." It is where members have a partner to share goals and weekly sparks mail.

If you think you might be interested, you can click on that icon from my sparks page as it is the first one under the teams that I have joined.

Best of luck in losing. You can do it. Stay determined and committed. Find you some friends to encourage you along the way.
