getting started, again

At 215 pounds (again) I am ready for a change (again). Have tried other on line fitness and diet sites, but didn't like them much. This looks like a good place to start (again).
Don't know how much time I can devote to the site, I'm a student and have a full class load. Although this term is almost over.
Am hoping I can find the motivation to get here and stick with it.

    I started using sparkpeople about 4 months ago. I was 210 when I started and I am now down to 196, sparkpeople helped me alot. Especially the information I got from message boards and articles. Hope sparkpeople helps you meat your goals, good luck :)

  I totally understand the (again)s. I have gone from 215-230 down to 160-180 or so about 10 times in the last 4 years. i wish you luck!
