Some what back on track/Next weeks goals.

Well the title says it all, I am somewhat back on track. I am doing well eating in my calorie range but I need to get up and off my butt and get moving if I am going to lose the weight I want to lose. I know it is only Thursday night, but I am setting my next week goals right now! So to help me get active I need to plan. So this week up coming week is about small goals. So I am going to set up a small rewards system.

I know that food should not be used as a reward, but this week and mostly next (while they are still available) for every two hours of fitness I am going to buy myself 1 piece of Easter Candy, to put my treat box!! I love cream eggs, and those small Reece egg and o henry eggs. So while they are still in stores I am going pick them up and put them in my treat box. Just because they are in my treat box does not mean I have to eat them, And as a non- food reward, for every hour of fitness I am going to treat myself to 30 mins of scrapbooking.

I also need to make sure I have time to play my guitar, because now that I am paying for lessons I want to get the most of them. Last night my teacher gave me some chords and despite some practice I was still have trouble with a few of them, so tonight he corrected my hands and gave me a few different ways to play the notes so.... I am hoping within the next few weeks I will be ready to learn a song.

Also since I am re- doing my book of shadows again I need time to write one page a day... I think that is a good goal. If I get more done, good for me.... I just need a copy of my Book that feels right and that I use everywhere from the garden to the kitchen, however I think I am going to have to start building a Grimmoire collection for myself with my BOS as the main focus and my tarot readings and dream books in small journals. I have so many recipes that I think I will olny keep a few in my main BOS and most of them will have to go into a different binder and I will keep that divided some how. I am still working on that.

Tonight after my lessons I tried walking on the board walk but the tempurture had dropped to low and there was just a touch of ice so I drove up to the walking track and I am thinking that after guitar, that it will be a good idea to go there and walk a few laps. Tonight I walked 2 miles, and that was the most active I was today even though it was nice out for part of the day, I was helping dad strip 20 year old wall paper down, talk about a messy job. We got most of 1 wall done!!!

Other then that there is not much going on... life has become normal again, and it now easier for me to go see grandma, although I can still not sit in poppa's chair. I have made it to the stage where I can wrap up in his blanket though. I still miss him, I think I always will. I know he is summerland and that he gone fishing.

    I bet he is fishing with my grand pa too. . I know it is beautiful there and they are having a ball :)
