So glad I got my workout in early today. Yesterday I took a rest break and it was nice to have a nice break. Today I did some strength training exercises. It wasn't high impact at all, just lots of squats for the butt exercises and weight training like bicep and tricep curls. I did 40 minutes of that with Bob. Tomorrow I have my long awaited doctor's appointment. I don't like going to the doctors. But I'm having some questions that need answered and just need that check up for diabetes and high blood pressure. I'm trying to take care of myself more and going to the doctor's is another step I need to take in order for me to live this new healthy lifestyle.
