liking exercise

I joined spark coach and have been eating healthy and started doing some exercise at least 10 mins a day.I now look forward to doing it.whether it be using the wii,walking outside,or a spark video of resistance training.Yesterday i had my car at the garage which is only 1/4 mile from my house.when they called and said the car was ready i debated walking down to get it or waiting for a ride.I actually had a fear of getting half way there and not making it the rest of the way.finally i said to myself just do it and off i went.i walked slow and just took my time but i made it.i use to walk a mile or 2 at atime and hadnt realized how much i miss it.
