Taking chances

Thursday, March 14, 2013

I am making a sure thing happen.
I am taking a chance on myself and counting for success.
I just ordered the new Spark Solution book through the link (via Amazon). With it I get two spark people DVD's and a 3 month spark coach membership. This will bring me to June, when I have my next Dr. appointments. I think that this is actually a fairly economical way to tell myself I am worth it (and I am.)

At work today, they passed out a health challenge to reduce sodium, and it is way lower than even Spark People suggests. I am within their bounds for day one. (1500 mg per day).

Progress means taking chances and going forward. I walked a lot today. My pedometer reads 4 miles, but I am not sure it is correct, so I am going to call it 2 miles. My back did not want to do morning exercise, so the walking is definitely a plus and better than the next best thing.

Getting healthy is my job.
Taking a chance on me is a sure bet.
Sounds like I am getting my motivation revved up.

Way to go DEBORAH, I feel like i am doing a lot right except lose weight but I have to keep going to just one pair of pants to feel they are not getting tighter or more loose.
I know we eat right but there are so many other issues that can upset the process. HUGS O really do have to walk a couple of miles. Sorry to leave so soon. We are definitely worth it. HUGS Pat emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
