Today I changed my goals and my head games that my mind plays on me. I think it will take some work though and a lot of positive self talk. So bye bye to all the negativity in my head and hello to my new lifestyle change. I'm tracking every bit I take and weighing all the food I am going to eat before putting it in my mouth or on my plate. Apparently my mind and eyes lie to me too! It can't if I watch it and watch it is what I'll have to do if I ever want to maintain my healthy weight.
