Oops, didn't check in yesterday, so here's a quick check in for today.

Goal #1: SELF-MOTIVATION
Goal #2: Go to Personal Training one time this week.
Goal #3: Go to Yoga one time this week.
TOMORROW MORNING REALLY!!!
Goal #4: Improve my posture by sitting on my new Balance Ball chair in my home office - one hour a day. -
-Well I totally blew this one today, I was super busy at work and just didn't do it - but if I do it tomorrow I will call it good. :)
Goal #5: Use my brand new food processor to make at least one healthy meal / snack. -- ANOTHER TOMORROW GOAL. :)
Two things to do tomorrow!
And here are my WEEKEND GOALS!
1) Go to yoga once OR go on a bike ride if it is nice.
2) On SUNDAY - do meal planning / shopping / meal preparation FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK!
Can I do it?!!! I don't know! I am going to try to motivate myself to do so! That will be a BIG STEP if I can do the meal prep thingy!
