Response From Fitbit Support

I had heard that Fitbit had great customer support and I am happy to report that I have had the same experience with them. They are great! I sent them the photo and my receipt. The Fitbit Ultra is apparently no longer available, but they will be sending me a new Fitbit One as a replacement. From what I have read about it, it tracks the same things, so no problem.

My Fitbit fell apart and can no longer stay together, but that puppy keeps on ticking. I have it taped together and stick it in my pocket. I can no longer read my progress on it, but it still records and connects wirelessly I discovered today when I went to read about the Fitbit 1. Great little instrument!!!


Today I gave a tutorial about how to make paper clay rocks and bricks like the ones I make for my dollhouses, for my students who were interested. They did great work! Maybe some new miniaturists coming up? Some are planning to use the technique in diaramas to go with their research reports. Fun!
