I had to go into work for an hour for a meeting. That not what I wanted to do on my day off. Anyway I didn't feel like going to the gym so I walked around my dining room table for 35 minutes. I used my I-pod with pedometer app. I did day 5 of the 28-day boot-camp challenge plus the 12 minute core work-out. I cleaned house and while I was cleaning I was doing dancing. If people would of looked in my window they probably thought this lady gone mad. I felt good afterwards and now I can sit and relax until dinner time.
