Here I am, day one and I was feeling pretty well until lunch time. I had a shake for breakfast, 0 protein drink and green beans for snack, a shake for lunch, and I'm starving! I know that it's a head game I'm playing with myself. I would like to save my afternoon snack to have in an hour or so. Maybe I'll have a piece of gum to see if I can trick myself into thinking that it's a snack. So here I am, writing randomness trying to kill the time. I am fortunate to have the support of my co-workers for this first leg. Enough whining for now, the craving has abated. Do dieters experience hell week?
