So I've taken a hiatus from roller derby but stuck with the running, completing 5 5K events last year. I've started training now for a 10K in May, with plans to complete a 5K at some point before that event. I'm also really hitting the gym hard. I went for 4 days in a row, took a day off, but am planning on hitting it again this evening. I want to finally meet my weight goal, I've gotten much healthier and feel great about that....but I'm ready to finally get to that "number" I want to reach.
So this site needs to be a part of my daily routine again. It can't hurt, it only can help.
