My food this week has been pretty good. I've been keeping the log of the food I eat, in SP. Still need to find time, energy for exercise. I did find motivation yesterday and went for a 25 min. walk at my lunch time. Today, not feeling it so much. I know, that is when I most need to exercise. I will try and get a walk in tonite before I make dinner.
Today, I am feeling tired. Wasn't sure why, cause I got the same amount of sleep as the night before..but, then I realized, close to my monthly. Craving salty, savory food. I had a Wendy's chili (sm) with onions for lunch. Went to Trader Joe's for some seaweed snacks. Love those. Low in calories and had the savory flavor that I crave. Picked up some fruit too. I will start to crave chocolate soon, so I picked up a TJ DChoc. 73% super dark bar. Though, I will only eat a sqaure of it. I know I do not need the whole thing.
Well, that is how my week is going. Other than the fact that I've been super busy still at work. But, I will "work" it out.
