I'm walking on sunshine, wooah!

Thursday, March 14, 2013

Sometimes I question my sanity. There isn't many times throughout the day where I am not singing something in my head or out loud. For some reason as I started this blog, that song popped into my head. If I have now got it stuck in your head, I do not apologize! hehehe

First off thank you to all of those that commented on my last blog. The stress in my life finally boiled over and I am doing much better. I am pretty sure everyone needs a break down once in awhile. I feel much better after mine.

I am getting ready to post a recipe on the Challenge group for Leaping Daffodil's! I am so excited to be co-captain for the team. We are to select a personal challenge and mine was to blog every day. Seems silly but that will help keep me stable for the upcoming months. This wedding planning is a pain!

Any ways I figure any tips I put onto the boards I will also throw into my blogs. Not only will that help me remember to post on there but it will give you guys some helpful information as well. The recipe I am sharing today is AMAZING! I got it off of sparkpeople and it can be easily changed to fit anyone's taste buds. BBQ Chicken Burgers!

It has one whole serving a veggies if you serve it up that way. My hubby isn't fond of the arugula and yogurt combo so I cut that out when making his. It is pretty quick and can be made up ahead of time and frozen if needed.

I hope everyone is doing well and has a fantastic rest of the day!
Much love Sparkers!

emoticon I love your attitude, you sound like me, I'm constantly making up phrases to describe my day. It's always wonderful to see someone with such a positive attitude, I hope you have a "Leapfroggin' with a smile" type of day. (yea, my phrase for today) and you keep up the great example for others to follow!
