I was so happy to see the Adkins meals at Kroger, not sure if Walmart has them yet. I did buy the Cook Yourself Thin recipe books again, I already own them but my ex-husband won't mail them to me. That's alright I am billing him for them, he just doesn't know that yet. I am going to cook up some meals and put them in the freezer. Eat on those for school and work instead of buying the frozen dinners, they will be alot healthier. I did plant spinach and chard over a month ago, and they are blooming, am so excited to put them in the ground in the next week, maybe this weekend, not sure yet. Next week I will be drinking a Green Smootie for supper everyday, reguardless of what I am in the mood for, well birthday dinner's will be an exception. I have been walking on every break at school, I have gone from twice around the building to three times, next week I am upping it to four times. I have an iphone and bought Jaybird bluetooth earphone, I love them so much I bought a second pair for the house, which I have misplaced. I am even stopping the cappichinos for breakfast, I am going to get caffeinated green tea, sweetened with stevia and drink that in the morning. I just have to finish the de-caffeinated that I have, or mix them, that's an idea. I am making changes and I can't live the way I am anymore. I plan on going to the park this afternoon with my kids and taking walking while they play. Even my kids need exercise. Truth is they see me being unhealthy and they want to mimic me, what kind of example am I giving my kids, cause it is not ok to be unhealthy and fat. I have made up my mind and I am not letting anyone change my mind, not even cake. Geting this weight off and me getting healthy is my number one goal. I do get my lapband filled on March 28, that will help me with some assistance on my food problem.
