I am seriously addicted to fitness. I am seeing positive changes in my body. I have lost inches, and am defintiley more toned. I am a work in progress.

    I agree! I'm in my fifth week of Insanity and I have a love/hate relationship. I hate to think of "having" to do it, but I love the way I feel when I stop and after the workout! I'm also addicted, though! On my rest days I feel like I should be working out!

    I love the way exercising makes me feel. Addiction is a dangerous word for me... but I get it. It is a feeling of power, ability, positivity... the endorphins start to pump and it is ... purging of stress and toxins with the sweat. For today it is my drug of choice.
