I feel like I've been cheating on an old friend. I've been using My Fitness Pal to track my food and workouts. I love spark, but mfp's mobile app is soooo much better. The food bank is better. So I'll be using mfp for my food tracking for a while and getting my support from Spark.
OMG plus its only 1pm here and I've already eating 6 servings of fruits and veggies. I still have dinner and snack. I'm temped to try snap peas for a snack tonight but I'll probably go with an old favorite apple and peanut butter.
I'm going to get off here and go to the gym.
