I feel like I've been cheating on an old friend. I've been using My Fitness Pal to track my food and workouts. I love spark, but mfp's mobile app is soooo much better. The food bank is better. So I'll be using mfp for my food tracking for a while and getting my support from Spark.

OMG plus its only 1pm here and I've already eating 6 servings of fruits and veggies. I still have dinner and snack. I'm temped to try snap peas for a snack tonight but I'll probably go with an old favorite apple and peanut butter.

I'm going to get off here and go to the gym.

    Use what will help you track the best. SP is a great tool, but there are so many others out there, and if My Fitness Pal is better for you, then use it for sure! If something isn't comfortable or is not convenient to use, then we won't use it. If MFP is better for you, then you will use it and see positive results - that's the ultimate goal, right!
