Tracking Day 13 on 3-13-13

Today is the first day of the BL Spring Melt Down challenge. I am geared up and ready.
I did my carb cycling day - that's the one day a week I take off to eat carbs. I had some banana pudding and choc ice cream. I threw the left overs in the garbage. That way they won't SING to me from the freezer all week.
I bought a smoked bbq Boston Butt roast and will eat high protein on it all week. I also plan to cook some of it in black eye peas to make a sort of soup. I am loving the Campbell's soups too.
I am doing these things to stay with the Gastric Band Hypnosis plan.
*Eat very small portions
*Chew, Chew, Chew
*Listen to my Hypno mp3
*Sip cold water alllllll day
*Get on that stat bike for 30 min. a day and now that spring is here, I can walk outside more.
