New healthy habit

I've been busy tracking my fat, protein, etc, and will now start paying more attention to sodium. I rarely add salt to food after it's cooked and try not to add too much while cooking. However, I realize that some of the processed foods I eat have too much sodium. To avoid this extra sodium, I'll strive to eat more whole foods.

    good idea. I drink alot of water especially when I use salt
