Thur Wk3 5% Winter Challenge - outside to walk

Thursday, March 14, 2013

Sharing a painting by favorite nature artist James Houteman who has brothers that also paint - if you enjoy wildlife paintings, check them out.

This picture makes me think of the years i always had little ones at my side walking --raising my own and 26 years of child care in our home - then i retired and i miss the chasing and walking with and talking with bright little ones. I think that is an added factor in finding it harder to loose this weight. So today, i think I will take my little mascot bear and go for my first walk outside this spring.

On the smoothies - tummy is still gurgling... no nausea or other problem, just gurgles and burps a lot - will try a different recipe today and let you know but added recipe and cost on yesterday's blog.

I love the little ones, too, though I only do child care once a week. They are all so sweet. Keep up the good work!
