Good Morning Sparklers!
Can I start off by saying my Sparkfriends are the light of my life? I'm extremely grateful for my 2 wonderful kiddos and awesome family, but I cant help but smile and feel blessed when I think of the support and friendship I've gotten from you all. The advice you ladies have given me rings in my ears when I want to give up. When I feel like skipping a workout, I remember a wise Sparker saying, "Be bigger than your excuses." When I'm feeling rundown, sluggish and unmotivated I remember another Sparkfriend reminding me that 10 minutes of exercise is better than nothing. That's why I'm back here every single day, reporting in and trying again.
A reminder of my goals for the week:
1. Exercise at least 5 days
2. Drink my 8 cups of water daily
3. Aim for one early morning workout (trying to ease back in the the a.m ritual....)
4. Earn my LTGL points every day
5. Track food/fitness daily
Yesterday was good.I had a great, long workout. I got all my water in and got my LTGL points. I didn't track all my food yesterday...had to play catch up today...but I did stay within my range, on the low end, too! Consistency is my biggest issue. I'm going to focus on that. Today has started off strong and I plan to continue to stay on the right track.
Today's dedication: Today I dedicate all my good intentions and positive energy to fueling my body. There's no reason in the world that I can't find time to eat and drink water during the day.
I'm wearing my pink pants again today and it feels great!
There's lots to be thankful for.
