For today's visualization exercise, imagine yourself doing something at your goal weight that you can't do at your current weight, whether it's fitting into an airplane seat, riding a rollercoaster or walking up a flight of stairs without getting winded. How does it make you feel to see yourself actually doing it without pain or discomfort? Use that feeling to help you reach your goals today.
I would love to be able to run without feeling winded, not having the pain in my foot but most of all I am working towards getting rid of the monthly severe PMS symptoms I deal with. I get very tempermental about 10 days before TOM shows up. It makes me the type of person I can't stand and I wasn't like this before that. I would love to be able to not have to deal with that. I can picture it now, it would be such an amazing feeling.
