Yesterday, I was supposed to meet up with a spark friend and go for a walk in the park. The weather was beautiful, but I could not wake up! I have been having trouble sleeping all week and it all caught up to me yesterday. I slept off and on until six pm, then went back to sleep about nine, and went to bed at my usual time of ten thirty and slept all night! I can't believe I slept that much! I am already ready to go back to bed again!

I work all night tonight and tomorrow, and I hope I can stay awake all night. This not sleeping, then over sleeping is driving me crazy:)

You must have needed that extra sleep. I NEVER could get used to working overnight for that reason. My sleep was always messed up and literally made me feel sick. Some people don't seem to have that problem like my stepson who works 7P-7A. Hope your work nights are good and you get some rest over the weekend. Hugs!

Yikes! But between your work schedule and day light savings, I can totally believe it.

emoticon If you slept that long, your body needed it!

I know what it's like to have a messed up sleep schedule though. Hope you can get it back on track soon.
