Hey all,
I am feeling much better today. Forgot to bring my cold medicine with me to work, but dont think I really need it now. I just been having cramps last few days that are more annoying than anything.......havent went to bathroom in 2 days.
I tracked my food yesterday and Im happy to report that I ended within calorie range. Even took some metamucil to cover my fiber.
I work my pm job tonight, tomorrow night and Saturday (11-5pm).
I will be checking out the gym (here at work) a little later with a co worker. Will report back later on what I see.
I am thinking I can squeeze in 3-4 days a week at the gym, on days Im not working 2nd job. And I will even be able to go to the GYM on Saturday and Sundays. I think my husband is worried about me coming here on the weekends by myself, but I think I will be fine. Probably will be other people here at the gym. I told him he could come along and train me (he used to train people a long time ago).
Ive already traded in my chips snack for healthier options. I got some Sun Chips (salsa flavor), popped chips (caramel flavor), sugar free pudding & jello.
Has anyone tried the Lean Cuisine Salad Additions? Was wondering how they tasted. I have a coupon for it. I think Id be most interested in the Southwest-Style Chicken Salad and the Bistro Chicken ones. Just wondering if they are any good.
