March goals week 2 update!

Week 2 and still going strong! Here's how the second week looked with results:

Goal: Nutrition green monster daily, eating clean and 8 freggies day!
Results: Green monster and clean eating daily...check!
Freggies and calorie range....check! F: 12.5 servings, calories 1374, S: 11 servings, calories 1385, S: 8 servings, calories 1457, M: 10 servings, calories 1409, T: 13 servings, calories 1371, W: 11 servings, calories 1335

Goal: Water 10 glasses
Results: F: 14, S: 10, S:10, M: 10, T: 11, W: 6~ :( that's what happens when you fall asleep)

Goal: march thru March with step ups
Results: F: 600, S: 700, S: 100, M: 200, T: 300, W: 400 = 2300

Goal: Fitness Work smarter not longer plan with NTC/Stepper Circuits, Boxing and Treadmill
Results: All planned workouts completed. Calories burned F: 1012, S: 750, S: 479, M: 704, T: 1167, W: 384(instead of rest day)

Goal: Daily Deficit of -500+
Results: Deficits ~ F: -1344, S: -1071, S: -728, M: -1001, T: -1502, W: -755

Goal: 5% monthly loss (WI's based on Thursday morning)
Results: Week 1 down 4.4 pounds = 2.83%
Results: Week 2 down 1.4 pounds = overall 5.8 pounds ~ 3.73% of 5% goal
