New healthy recipe

Good morning all my wonderful Sparkfriends!!
Yesterday my daughter wanted pancakes for dinner. Since I already had dinner planned, I thought I would make pancakes for breakfast. I am always striving to make our meals much more healthy and beneficial for our bodies. So, I took a plain pancake recipe from Betty Crocker and made it my own. My daughters and I LOVED them so I wanted to share the recipe with you. Make it your own!!
I call them, "Blueberry Wheat Flaxseed Pancakes".
2 lg whole eggs
1/2 cup white or whole wheat flour (I used white)
4 tbls flaxseed meal
4 tbls wheat germ
3/4 cup honey flavored Greek Yogurt
1 tbls granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups frozen blueberries
DIRECTIONS: Beat the eggs until fluffy. Add all other ingredients and cook pancakes on a griddle like you would normal pancakes. Makes 6 pancakes about 4.5-5 in diameter.
