I've been at it now for 30 days. The scale has not moved much and I don't see much difference yet, but I feel different inside both mentally and physically. I have already tripled the time I can walk the stairs and I don't need the hand rails. I'm sleeping better and my back is feeling better. I'm looking forward to the next 30 days. I hope to be able to run the stairs by then. It would be nice to be able to join my son while he trains for his up coming football season. I'm sure I won't be running at the same pace but it would be nice to just see how far I can go with him. I just want to thank all my for the support. I was going to just use the food tracker and fitness tracker at first. I was nervous at first I don't do face book or any of that, so I wasn't sure if I would be accepted. Everyone has been real nice and that has helped a lot!!
