Eating right and exercising go hand in hand for me. I find it hard to to do one without the other. If I am exercising regularly, I am almost guaranteed to be eating right.
Right now, I am having the hardest time finding time to exercise. I already get up at 6:00 to get ready for work and get the kids out the door on time. My 5 month old daughter is still waking a couple of times a night to breastfeed so I am not getting a full nights sleept. The last two days I got up at 5:00 to exercise. Which was great. I felt really good about it but by last night the lack of sleep really got me and I was cranky and tired. Not fair to my family.
I am hoping my baby starts to sleep through the night soon. A full nights sleep would do wonders right now. hey at least I burn some calories with the breastfeeding. So its not all lost on me!
