Sometimes it's a good thing to look back, it can really help motivate you.
I printed off a report that shows my weigh ins over time. From February 18th to March 5th I gained 9lbs!! I started my blood pressure medication, thyroid pills, and birth control during that time period so I know that's what caused such a rapid gain, well I weighed in this morning and I have lost 6 of the 9lbs I gained!! Yay!
I'm so happy. I've changed medicines and I've gotten back on track with my exercise and I hope to continue to see the scale move in a steady downward motion.
I went in and adjusted my starting weight on my tracker from 255 to the 264 that was my highest weight with the 9lbs gained. That way now when I go to my start page it shows I lost 6lbs. It might sorta seem like cheating but I don't really think so because I did get up that high and I have lost the weight, and that 6lbs now motivates me to make it 10lbs by the end of March.
Anyway, I just need to post that I'm super happy about all this and I can't wait to weigh in again on Monday! Have a great day all!
