When I blog more, when I write more, I do better.
I guess its an outlet, so be it a public forum. It's all good.
I am not the greatest writer, or story teller.
Workouts have been going well.
I am doing Jillian Micheals Body Revolution. I am not doing the cardio days. Right now I am sticking to the strength training for two weeks, and doing 1 week of cardio on my own accord on the other days. The reason I am not doing the cardio, I do 4 days of strength trainings and I generally go skiing two days a week, which is totally my cardio and strength. and drinking. haha. I usually go up the night before we going skiing, which is usually a thursday night, so I take that as my rest day.
In the work outs- they use 3lb, 5lb and 8lb weights. I use much heavier weights. I really just follow the work outs so I know what to do, plus I like her a lot. I dont follow the reps, or the pace, unless its for squats, cardio portions, lunges, core/ab stuff.
It works for me. Maybe I would have better improvement if I did more strength work outs, with heavier stuff, but I like this pace. I will probably do that once I complete this program. Next week I am up for the weeks 5 and 6!
