It's a Marathon, Not a Sprint

This has been a hard week for me. I've been busier than usual at work, and I'm finding it difficult to fit in exercise. Keeping with the idea that I really need to pick goals that are easy at first, I just left a team I had joined because I realized it was an unrealistic goal for me. While this was a hard decision, I am proud of myself for realizing that I am in it for the long-haul, and while I may not work toward all my goals every day, I have been able to keep up with my daily spark coach sessions and track most of my food daily. I will fit in exercise when I can and won't beat myself up if I can't fit it in every day.

    Good for you! Baby steps are key to success! Sparking every day is important as is not beating yourself up when we're not perfect. Keep going--you're on the right track! emoticon
