P90x Day 18

I am not looking forward to yogaX today. It is my least favorite workout! I have been feeling disappointed because I had done P90x for 2 weeks and tweaked my diet somewhat (that is still a work in progress) and no results. However, today the scale finally moved by a couple of pounds and this morning I noticed that my arms are much firmer. Ok, now I have the motivation to keep going! I did P90x about 5 years ago and did not lose any weight until the second month. I think that at that time, I wasn't putting forth the same amount of effort into the workouts that I am now, so I am hoping for better results this time. I do feel much better already, even though I am not seeing a lot of weight loss (and I do realize that I may be gaining muscle which affects my weight). Yesterday, I walked up the stairs to my bedroom and, when I reached the top, realized that I wasn't out of breath, not even a little. Now that was a great feeling. I am getting more in shape and feeling better every day! I have a total of around 65 pounds to lose. Today is March 14 and I am hoping to be at least 20 pounds thinner by June.
