The SparkCoach Program presents a daily challenge, which I have been following offline until now.
Day 2 - Find three extra ways to move
1. I work on the second floor of the building. I have been printing to the ground floor printer. To collect my printouts, I need to go down and back up six flights of stairs.
2. Go up the stairs at pace. Became quite tiring when there are six
3. Ride my bike to appointments that are within a 1/2 hour radius of home. I have been going to the beauty therapist on my bicycle and it only takes 10 minutes, and I can lock my bike up directly outside.
Day 3 - Plan meals before go to bed
The evening meals are planned on a weekly basis, although I may check the ingredients on a night before I go to bed. Lunches are usually leftovers, or part of the weekly plan.
Day 4 - Close the kitchen after dinner
Yes, we do this. But if I have been tracking my food I know if I have any spare calories to nibble while Sparking or watching TV on the computer
So far so good, with the SparkCoach challenges. Now to write up my sleep diary - not so good
Edited 19 Mar 2013 - Day 1 was an introduction and to let us know that there would be a challenge each day. I edited the day numbers so that they are the same number as the challenge days as I was getting confused.
