I have currently lost 7 pounds which puts me about 3 pounds away from my first goal weight (weight my freshman year of college) I thought i was eating healthy. However, i have noticed i have a snacking problem.
Option 1: Protein Pancake (1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 1 egg white,half a banana)
Option 2: Egg sandwich (2 sliced Udis GF whole grain bread, 1 hard boiled egg, fat free cheese)
Morning snack: 9am
Banana and Marys gone crackers (Quinoa, brown rice, flax seeds, and sesame seeds)
1 can green beans and some chicken
After Noon snack:4 pm
What ever i can find in the house (usually cereal or a sandwich)
Usually something out of Hungry Girl
8pm Snack (I need to stop eating after i workout)
Any suggestions on what to snack on that will keep me full and make me not want to snack more?
