These are the goals I wish to achieve for the upcoming Spring Challenge
1. WATER, WATER, EVERYWHERE - Drink my 6-8 glasses of water everyday
2. JOURNAL - Keep a day-to-day journal of my Challenge
3. WALK, WALK, WALK - No need to say much, except to get at least some walking in everyday.
4. QUIET TIME - Spend more time on my Spiritual Walk
5. CARB OVERLOAD - Cut back on my carbs.
6. ME TIME - Time for me to step back from the working day, and have some ME TIME
I am hoping to have a
next to each of my goals at the end of the challenge.
