Today I am tired.
My eating better hasn't been good this week. I've walked but I used the lift yesterday again.
I'm not drinking much water.
I'm going to bed late and getting up early.
Work has been hectic - in fact they had me down to do 4 things at the same time tomorrow at one point until I went and told our planning team to sort it out.
I need to get back on track.
So Today I plan to:
Drink 2 litres of water
Not Use the Stairs
I would say go for a walk in my lunch break but I have things to do that might mean i don't go for a walk - we'll see.
Tomorrow is Comic Relief in the UK tomorrow. There is among other things a wide range of cakes and samosas and sweets for sale tomorrow. I may have a samosa, or even two but I plan not to cake it!!
