Back to America, Back to Temptation

Thursday, March 14, 2013

After a year of battling my bulge in South Korea, I'm anxious to take advantage of the availability of high nutrient, clean foods here. I feel that I have developed a greater appreciation for fresh foods as well as cooking methods that I was no able to use (such as baking) while I was overseas. I was able to lose 15 pounds while I was there. Over the last couple of weeks, I let the stress and farewell dinners get the better of me. Now here I am with about 5 pounds back. So much yo yo-ing. I could use some encouragement... I get so amped and ready to lose weight and then suddenly I fall into a whirlwind of mindless eating. Must refocus...
