I met all of my goals today and then some. I got my 10,000 steps in, logged all my calories and I climbed 10 flights of stairs today.
I tried a new recipe I found on Spark recipes, it's for Chocolate cottage cheese and it's Yummy but so nasty looking it's somewhat comical. I highly recommend it though it fit that sweet craving I had tonight without wrecking all the good work I did today.
