I did not want to workout today. I just want to do my running program every other day. Today I made myself get on the recumbent bike while watching a dvr of the Biggest Loser lol! I was inspired by the contestants and my spark friends. I biked 30 minutes. I have no soreness from the running. I have learned the hard way that cooling down and stretching is absolutely necessary. Plus I just add that time to my fitness minutes.
And the big surprise is that I have had not one piece of candy since Valentine's Day! It was very easy. The hard thing to do is stopping Diet Coke. But I am eating more veggies, more healthy foods. Not going out to eat or bringing in fast food. I feel stronger and more toned. I haven't lost weight but my jeans do feel looser.
. I have fallen in love with baby carrots!
