I have been off track with my eating since Feb 12th... no tracking, stress eating CRAP since my DH told me we maybe relocating with his job. LONG story, but we basicallly have been living in 2 cities for the past 5.5 yrs., the anticipation of it finally being over is overwhelming!!!!! It has been one month since the initial talk, still waiting on the boards decision..... it's the not knowing that has my nerves on edge!! I have not strayed from my half marathon training, just the eating I need to get under control!
As I realized the date today, I started reflecting about where I wanted to be right now and where I want to be when I run my marathon!
I had originally planned to join the Dallas Galloway training group for my marathon training, but with the possibilty of moving I maybe joining Houston Fit. either way they both start in May.
My goals for the OCTOBER 13, 2013 Chicago Marathon day...
1. To FINISH
2. To Finish by the time limit 6.5 hours, yes 6:29 is fine with me!
3. Make it to ONEDERLAND
4. Even bigger weight related goal would be 191 lbs, that would be 100lbs lost from my highest weight at 40+ weeks pregnant
My plan to reach my goals
Follow current half training program to help me be prepared for my full training
Track every day and stay within my calorie range, except for Saturdays when I do my long run
Limit processed foods
2 liters daily
Lose 6-7 lbs per month to reach goal weight
cross train and stretch
....and the toughest goal for me is to not undo all my work during the week on the weekends
Side notes, finally tried spaghetti squash instead of pasta, totally get the craze! Loving my nutribullet smoothies. I am batch cooking for the first time this Sunday, wish me luck I'm not the best cook!
