I'm still in the boot, or "air cast"....I think my foot's getting better, but I'm still frustrated. I haven't really been going to the gym, but have continued to drink my water and track my food. I'm actually holding my own. Can't wait to get back to being more active, especially since the weather's going to start getting nicer.

    Hang in there. I know from personal experience how frustrating injuries can be.
Seated exercise is good!

    Try the seated exercise videos. They still help you. Hope you heal fast. emoticon
