Did pretty well today. Calories 1226 & 8 waters. I hadn't planned any exercise today, since I'm easing myself into it. I figured I'd give myself a midweek day off.
But I did plan to have 2 F&V, and never worked the 2nd one in. I didn't plan for it specifically and just thought I'd work it in somewhere, but I got busy and.....
Lesson learned. PLAN the specifics of my F&V.
So tomorrow's goals:
1600 calories (I know I've been staying well under my max, but I'm still dropping the official calorie limit gradually).
3 F&V - banana with breakfast, broccoli & grape tomatoes with chicken pasta primavera for dinner
5 ST exercises
Can't believe it's Thursday already tomorrow. Going to check out my new classroom a little more after work tomorrow. It's going to be hard leaving my current Pre-K love bugs, but I'm getting excited about this new opportunity.
