Hello again

Well I think I finally figured out why I have been a (progressively worse) cripple this week - I guess it serves me right to being bullheaded and moving a treadmill this weekend (into the house by myself mostly including the stairs). I am going to be even more stupid and pump iron tonight as so far doing nothing and eating painkillers like they were M&M's (remember those - sure you do !!) -I should ask Dr House for some Vicodin.

    Be careful. Don't do more than your body can handle. You'll be great, just hang on and keep moving!

    OUCH that must really hurt. Take care of yourself. Rest ing when in pain is as much of the routine as working out.

    LOL. I remember M&Ms. They were my vicodin. I was formerly addicted to them. Ate a bag of peanut ones every day back in the good old days.

    Why???? If you are still hurting from something you did over the weekend, perhaps you should stick to cardio and gentle strength training while the muscles heal?

You will feel better and make progress as long as you stick with your good habits, but you don't need to abuse yourself!
