Last night I couldn't sleep so I turned to my guilty pleasure, pinterest. While exploring the fitness board I saw a chart that breaks down the amount of calories you have to burn to burn a fraction of a pound. One healthy meal wont make you healthy and one crunch isn't going to do much either. It just reminds me how easy it is to eat unhealthy and get unhealthy results compared to how hard it is to undo those healthy results.
