The SP nutrition tracker rocks. I feel that no food is off limits because the tracker lets me know all the nutrition vitals. So when I found boneless ribeye for $4.99, I bought a tray.
I grilled myself an 8 oz ribeye, baked a potato, and had a salad. Although I allotted 5 oz for dinner, I stopped after 3 oz because I was full. Finally, the brain "stop eating brake" is coming on BEFORE I wolf down everything on my plate.
