Day 5 Juicing

Detox be GONE!!!

Felt like a different person today. Now granted the sun was actually visiting Philadelphia today, but still- I felt great. Woke up with no muscle ache, and felt like dancing all day. This feeling subsided when hunger showed up, but was armed with juices and water, and back to happiness I went.
Experimented again with some other combos. Orange,cabbage and ginger felt refreshing. Cabbage, Carrots and Spinach was not! If you like peas then you might like this one - I drank it because i didn't want to waste the nutrients, but won't ever repeat it.
I was also able to add 15 min of zumba just to get the muscles moving.
And the bonus was another 1.2 lbs down !
Looking forward to day 6.

    I don't care for cabbage and spinach combined either.

    emoticon i Like Juicing. Just got finish about 2 weeeks ago. I made raw collard greens, apple, carrots and celery. Taste good. Also use spinach, carrots, celerly, apple and ginger. Really refresing. I see you on the team of am I. emoticon Juicing is on....
