This or That

Wednesday, March 13, 2013

This evening, I got some very distressing news! I was so upset. I wanted to just go to a fast food restaurant and get something quick to eat along with something sweet. However, despite this crazy, upsetting news, I decided to workout and fix a meal at home instead. I did my Les Mills' Combat 45 along with stretching due to my Team Challenge! That Kickboxing was exactly what I needed to relieve this stress! Like I said before, I refuse to give up and quit just because something bad happened!

So, this blog is short, but I just wanted to vent!

Wow! Congratulations for being such a strong person! Instead of fast food, you exercised - absolutely the right decision, but a hard one to make. Your determination is inspirational! Best of all, you felt better after kickboxing, whereas if you had gone the other way you would have dealt with disappointment in yourself. You should be very, very proud of yourself for making such a choice!

emoticon you had a stressful and upsetting day. But I'm soooooo proud of you for making healthy food and fitness choices in spite of it. What a model of Doing It Right you are to the Firecracker Team! Emotional eating & excuses (legitimate or not) never helped me lose a pound or get healthy...but they certainly worked against me. Keep up the good work!!! emoticon
