I'm starting the spring melt off challenge with the Dazzling Diamonds team today and our challenge this week is to blog about our goals.
1. Lose a average of a pound per week...I say average because I never seem to lose in a straight line.
2. Track my food and exercise.
3. Walk everyday.
4. Strength Train 2-3 times per week as my lower back injury permits.
5. Commit to the challenges and do them for the full ten weeks.
I have re-set my ticker to reflect my weight loss goals with a couple extra pounds just in case. ;)
