Today was definitely a little easier than yesterday! And I got a little bit farther. I completed LEARN & BURN as per the beginners calendar schedule. Tomorrow is a 20 min workout. I ate breakfast after my workout. Probably not the best choice, but I need to do some grocery shopping. I had a sliced apple and a scrambled egg/bacon sandwich. Was hoping my new book would show up in the mail today, maybe tomorrow. The "60 Seconds To Slim" book I ordered is about learning to balance your body's pH (acid) levels. High acid foods=weight gain & Low acid foods=weight loss. So I am excited to learn how to balance my diet in order to lose this weight.
