I'm about over Kale for a few days. My wonderful meals today were Kale 3 times. a bit much? LOL Smoothie and my Kale/Spinach sauté' mix. which I really really like, I also made the Kale Chips . If you haven't done this.. Very different , filling and not bad. 375* for 16 minutes. with about 2T Olive Oil drizzled over it. I also put some ground Sea Salt over.
II need your suggestions for something different for next week. I do have to do low carb so I always have to keep that in mind. I also got a new fruit today White Dragon Fruit suppose to taste like a Kiwi. I will try that tomorrow. Have a great evening and thank you again for all of your help.
